Where is there room in your life for reflection? (Copy)

The Challenge

For the next week, put aside 15 minutes at some point in the day to go on a walk, meditate, journal, or otherwise reflect on how the previous day went and what you want to accomplish in the following day. Consider both the personal and professional aspects of your life.

Why do this?

Reflecting on your day without judgment helps you to see both good and bad days from a growth perspective.

Developing a practice of reflecting on what you've accomplished so far and what you hope to accomplish in the future (both big and small) will help you keep your actions aligned to your priorities.

What’s next?

Continue this practice in whatever form your prefer. The longer you do it, the more you'll benefit.
