How has the coronavirus pandemic challenged you to become more resilient?

The Challenge

Identify three ways in which the pandemic has impacted you. How have you responded? Has there been unanticipated learning or growth for you in any of these events?

Why do this?

This challenge encourages you to evaluate the intersection of resilience and adversity. The ideal path, of course, is to remain optimistic and persist through a difficult time to recover quickly--but we're all more aware than ever that an ideal path isn't always possible. Instead, it can be helpful to find any pieces of unanticipated growth that came from your experiences, however small they may be.

The coronavirus pandemic and its impact on our economy has wreaked havoc on our businesses, shifting everyone into crisis mode overnight. Resilience is particularly important during this time, and will continue to be as we look toward improving the future.

What’s next?

Think about how you might improve your response to one challenge that the coronavirus has created for you. Identify two actions you can take over the next two weeks that will move you toward that enhanced response.
